python3Packages.fenics-dolfinx: remove nativeCheckInputs pytest-xdist
python3Packages.fenics-dolfinx uses JIT to run programs compiled from C
sources, which may have name collisions during parallel testing. This
can lead to failures when using pytest-xdist.
