haskellPackages.primitive: pull in Hackage revisions
The cabal file alteration in the patch only adds a lower bound on
primitive which is a change we don't need necessarily. The hackage
revisions increase the upper bound of bytestring to <0.13 which we need
for e.g. GHC 9.10.1.
Also drop old overrides that are actually obsoleted by this patch and/or
the Hackage revisions.
