suidChroot: drop
The package fails to build with gcc 14. It has neither maintainer nor homepage link in nixpkgs. The last commit specifically interacting with `suidChroot` was in 2017, the last update was in 2015. With no linked repository and no maintenance, the security of something claiming to be a "Setuid-safe wrapper for chroot" is questionable at best.
