haskellPackages.yaya-hedgehog: remove dependency override
The yaya and yaya-hedgehog packages used to have a cyclic dependency, where the
test suites for yaya depended on the yaya-hedgehog library, which in turn
depended on yaya library. This works fine with Cabal in some contexts, but
causes problems in others.
It was resolved by moving the yaya test suites into the yaya-hedgehog package.
Therefore, this override to avoid the cycle in Nixpkgs is no longer necessary.
