wicd: wrapper env vars prefix -> postfix
Change PATH=$PATH:deps to PATH=deps:$PATH in the wicd wrappers, because
the latter is more deterministic; it prevents possibly wrong versions of
dependencies to sneak in from the environment.
Do the same for PYTHONPATH.
