_1password-gui: update.sh improvements
- Handle the macOS Beta channel app-updates feed quirk
(This is a known issue to the upstream)
- Handle OS specific updates
When the upstream releases an update for only one OS, handle it
gracefully and also include a notice in parens for the commit message:
e.g.
_1password-gui: 1.2.2 -> 1.2.3 (darwin only)
