ppsspp: refactor
- new Boolean selectors:
- useSystemFfmpeg, default false
- because PPSSPP project uses a heavily patched fork of ffmpeg_4
- useSystemSnappy, default true
- move wrapping to postFixup
- unpin ffmpeg_4 and glew
- it required a self-referent argset
