pidgin-with-plugins: fix version number placement in pkg name
Currently the pidgin plugins wrapper is named
"pidgin-VERSION-with-plugins". Fix it so that it becomes
"pidgin-with-plugins-VERSION".
(And add missing newline at the end of file.)
