openafs-client: 1.6.9 -> 1.6.14, fix build
* Upgrade 1.6.9 -> 1.6.14
* Support all kernels
* Clean up nested smart-quotes that seemed to be causing a build failure
* Remove redundant `assert isLinux`: already checked by meta.platforms
