gyp: Remove old SVN version to build Chromium.
This reverts commit b26de392522176b9a176eb21bb5be4a5ac8d9062.
We no longer need this version because Chromium now builds with the
latest gyp version, see 58fd4f672f08a323f86a6a2eb57069be83893084.
