Disable sdl2-ttf tests in haskellng packages.
The testsuite of the sdl2-ttf requires user input to finish, thats why
it should be disabled until a version which fixed this problem is
available on hackage.
Closes https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/7464.
