Revert "syslinux: 2015-11-09 -> 2019-02-07"
This reverts commit 0b49d5dd687a540c259400c1082ea660b9b9961a #55500.
I'm sorry, I'm unable to fix the build quickly in other way than
atop the older version. Certainly feel free to improve the approach.
