Add a constant ‘nixpkgsVersion’
This makes it a bit easier to find out the current Nixpkgs version,
e.g.
$ nix-instantiate --eval '<nixpkgs>' -A lib.nixpkgsVersion
"14.02.35657.66f51a9"
