gnome.gvfs: 1.48.1 → 1.49.90

Switches http/dav module to libsoup3, which is lighter,
allowing us to enable it everywhere.
This means we now depend on both libsoup3 and libsoup2
but they are used by different programs (the latter,
transitively via libgdata, by the google module)
so it should be fine.
