haskell: break dependency cycle between QuickCheck and semigroups for GHC < 8
The cycle:
QuickCheck -> semigroups
semigroups -> hashable
semigroups -> unordered-containers
unordered-containers -> hashable
unordered-containers -> QuickCheck # test suite only
hashable -> QuickCheck # test suite only
