kdeWrapper: Fix XDG_{DATA,CONFIG}_DIRS mixup.
`.../share` directories go with `XDG_DATA_DIRS`, and `.../etc/xdg`
directories go with `XDG_CONFIG_DIRS`. These were accidentally reversed.
