xmlindent: New expression
[Bjørn Forsman <bjorn.forsman@gmail.com>:
- introduce "name-${version}" (to not duplicate version number)
- use mirror://sourceforge instead of specific mirror URL
- add vertical whitespace between attributes
- add meta description and homepage attributes
- place the top-level 'xmlindent' attribute in alphabetial order
