Term::ReadLine::Gnu: Fix finding libncursesw
Fixes
Cannot do `initialize' in Term::ReadLine::Gnu at /nix/store/8kld1l6cn75lh0csw8wq6zbccallkr73-nixos-test-driver/bin/.nixos-test-driver-wrapped line 115.
when running NixOS VM tests interactively.
