fbdev: omap2: fix inconsistent lock returns in omapfb_mmap
Fix the warning about inconsistent returns for '&rg->lock' in
omapfb_mmap() function. The warning arises because the error path
uses 'ofbi->region' while the normal path uses 'rg'.
