scsi: ufs: core: Remove max_num_rtt field from ufs_hba_variant_ops
Remove the max_num_rtt field from ufs_hba_variant_ops as it has been
replaced by the get_hba_nortt() callback which provides more flexible
platform-specific RTT capability handling.
