drm/amd/display: Add truncated colorop tests

[WHY]
Truncated colorop pipelines that end after the 3x4 matrix had no
coverage for their fallback exits.

[HOW]
Exercise every remaining pipeline length with bypassed operations
and verify that the plane color stages stay disabled.
