MAINTAINERS: Add Paulo Alcantara as an SMBDIRECT co-maintainer
Steve French passed away recently. He was a long-time maintainer
of Linux's SMB support and will be greatly missed.
Add Paulo Alcantara as a co-maintainer of SMBDIRECT.
