drm/i915/dp: s/intel_dp_needs_vsc_sdp/intel_dp_needs_vsc_colorimetry
The function answers whether a VSC SDP with colorimetry and pixel
encoding payload is required by the content being displayed.
Rename it to reflect that.
No functional change intended.
