staging: rtl8723bs: clean up struct spacing
Adhere to Linux kernel coding style.
Reported by checkpatch:
WARNING: please, no space before tabs
Struct definitions in drivers/staging/rtl8723bs/include/wifi.h had
inconsistent spacing.
