irqdomain: Plug leak in irq_domain_alloc_irqs_locked() error path
When irq_domain_trim_hierarchy() fails in irq_domain_alloc_irqs_locked(),
the error handling path fails to undo the hierarchy allocations.
Add the missing cleanup.
