arm64: dts: imx943-evk: Remove 'supports-clkreq' from PCIe1
Remove the 'supports-clkreq' property from PCIe1 as the standard PCIe
slot on i.MX943 EVK may not have CLKREQ# signal wired, causing
compatibility issues with some PCIe cards.
