ARM: dts: aspeed: sanmiguel: fix PDB HSC shunt resistor
Correct the shunt-resistor-micro-ohms values for the four TI LM5066i
hot-swap controllers on the PDB. This ensures accurate current and
power sensor readings from the hardware monitors.
