drm/amd/display: Test plane scaling info paths
[WHAT]
Add KUnit tests covering the NV12 DCN1.x and plane-caps paths of
amdgpu_dm_plane_fill_dc_scaling_info() and the FP16 path of
amdgpu_dm_plane_get_min_max_dc_plane_scaling().
