arm64: dts: lx2160a: extract the SerDes nodes into a separate dtsi

In terms of its SerDes blocks, the LX2162A is not properly described
since it just inherits the LX2160A SerDes nodes, which is not correct.
In order to fix this but also avoid the usage of delete-node, extract the
SerDes nodes currently found in fsl-lx2160a.dtsi into a separate dtsi.

No any actual changes in the final dtb files, only a dt node move.
