dt-bindings: misc: qcom,fastrpc: Add Maili FastRPC compatible
Document compatible string for the FastRPC interface on the Qualcomm Maili
SoC, which is compatible with the Qualcomm Kaanapali FastRPC and can
fallback to Kaanapali.
