selftests/bpf: Improve readability in iter test for percpu data
The original 'offsetof()' + offset is equal to the new 'offsetof()'. Use
the new 'offsetof()' instead.
Rename two variables btw:
* offsetof_num -> num_off
* percpu_data_sum -> sum
