drm/amd/display: Add CACP caps tests for connector
Add KUnit coverage for amdgpu_dm_update_cacp_caps(): eDP and LVDS
supported, old/3.1.6 IP versions unsupported, non-eDP/LVDS and LCD
panels unsupported.
