mmc: dw_mmc: Move flags from struct dw_mci_slot to struct dw_mci
With this, dw_mmc-exynos.c will not need to access slot. While at it, since
the host->slot is always present when calling
dw_mci_exynos_set_clksel_timing(), let's remove it.
