gpu: nova-core: add NV_PFALCON_FALCON_DMATRFCMD::with_falcon_mem()
The with_falcon_mem() method initializes the 'imem' and 'sec' fields of
the NV_PFALCON_FALCON_DMATRFCMD register based on the value of
the FalconMem type.
