arm64: defconfig: Enable EC drivers for Qualcomm-based laptops
Enable the drivers for Embedded Controllers present on laptops with
Qualcomm SoCs: Acer Aspire 1, Huawei Matebook E Go, Lenovo Yoga C630 and
Lenovo Thinkpad T14s.
