wifi: ath12k: Rename hal_ops to ops
Rename the hal_ops member in the HAL context to ops. The prefix is
dropped to avoid redundancy, as the structure already resides within
the HAL context.
Tested-on: QCN9274 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.WBE.1.4.1-00199-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1
