perf jevents: Add dir breakdown metrics for Intel

Breakdown directory hit, misses and requests. The implementation uses
the M2M and CHA PMUs present in server models broadwellde, broadwellx
cascadelakex, emeraldrapids, icelakex, sapphirerapids and skylakex.
