Merge branch 'pci/workqueue'
- Add WQ_PERCPU to alloc_workqueue() users (Marco Crivellari)
- Replace use of system_wq with system_percpu_wq (Marco Crivellari)
- Check for failure of alloc_workqueue() to avoid NULL pointer dereferences
