RDMA: Consolidate patterns with offsetofend() to ib_copy_validate_udata_in()
Go treewide and consolidate all existing patterns using:
* offsetofend() and variations
* ib_is_udata_cleared()
* ib_copy_from_udata()
into a direct call to the new ib_copy_validate_udata_in().
