Pull fbdev updates from Helge Deller:
 "Beside the removal of the Hercules monochrome ISA graphics driver and

   - arm: Export acorndata_8x8 font symbol for bootloader (Helge Deller)

   - pxa168fb: use devm_ioremap_resource() (Alberto Arostegui)
