staging: rtl8723bs: remove READ_AND_CONFIG_MP macro
Remove the READ_AND_CONFIG_MP macro from odm_HWConfig.c and call the
ODM_ReadAndConfig_MP_* functions directly to reduce code complexity and
improve readability.
