serial: sh-sci: Rename port SCI_PORT_RSCI->RSCI_PORT_SCIF16
Rename port SCI_PORT_RSCI->RSCI_PORT_SCIF16 to differentiate it from
RZ/G3E port that has 32-stage FIFO.
