usb: typec: ucsi: drop an unused Kconfig symbol
EXTCON_TCSS_CROS_EC isn't used anywhere else in the kernel tree,
so drop it from this Kconfig file.
(unless it should be EXTCON_USBC_CROS_EC ?)
