tools: usb: usbip: remove dead-link from README
Remove dead-link to Debug Tips document on usbip project wiki
http://usbip.wiki.sourceforge.net/how-to-debug-usbip
Tried and failed find the file in archives. It would be nice to
locate the file and add this to usbip tool.
