soundwire: get mipi-sdw-bra-mode-max-data-per-frame property
Get the mipi-sdw-bra-mode-max-data-per-frame property which indicates
the maximum data payload size (in bytes per frame excluding header,
CRC, and footer) for the BRA Mode.
