ARM: dts: imx6ul[l]-tqma6ul[l]: add boot phase properties
dtschema/schemas/bootph.yaml describe various node usage during
boot phases with DT.
TQMa6UL need eMMC, I2C, GPIO and QSPI access during boot process.
