coresight: etm4x: remove redundant fields in etmv4_save_state
Some of fields are redundant in etmv4_save_state and never used:
ss_status => trcsscsr
seq_state => trcseqstr
cntr_val => trccntvr
vinst_ctrl => trcvictlr
