Pull slab fixes from Vlastimil Babka:
- Stable fixes for CONFIG_SMP=n where _nolock() allocations in NMI both
at kmalloc and page allocator levels are not properly protected by
the spin_trylock() semantics on !SMP (Harry Yoo)
