drm/xe/hw_error: Cleanup array map
xe_hw_error_map[] is not worth the memory needed to map two components.
Clean it up and use switch() instead, which also, in turn, simplifies
bounds checking logic.
add/remove: 0/1 grow/shrink: 0/1 up/down: 0/-425 (-425)
