LoongArch: Handle CONFIG_32BIT in syscall_get_arch()
If CONFIG_32BIT is set, it should return AUDIT_ARCH_LOONGARCH32 instead
of AUDIT_ARCH_LOONGARCH64 in syscall_get_arch().
